Turmeric Tuesday, a day late due!

This week, we are experimenting with fermentation again. We tried jalapenos and loved them! Added garlic and onions to the jalapenos and WOW!! This week for Turmeric Tuesday, we started our Hot and Spicy Turmeric Fermented Carrots. We will let you know how good they are in about 10 days.

The finished product will sit on the counter for 3-7 days before we test them, then they will go into the refrigerator.

We started our square foot garden concept this year to really perfect the process for juicing and healthy healthy while going through cancer treatments.
