It’s Turmeric Tuesday for 04.25.17

by Andrew

Good morning and welcome to Turmeric Tuesday here at The Mama Edna Project. We’re here and all over the web. Find us on Facebook by clicking on the letter “f” at the top right corner or clicking on this link: https://www.facebook.com/TheMamaEdnaProject/.

In case you’re just finding us, we try to share the knowledge out there in the world with you in hopes that it will guide your nutritional journey before, during and well beyond your cancer treatments. Most Tuesday’s, we share a turmeric recipe, often from our Pinterest page where we collect lots of information to pass along.  Find us there as well.  https://www.pinterest.com/mamaednaproject/pins/

or on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheMamaEdnaProj

Here we give you one of the many versions of warm turmeric milk recipes that are out there. Make your own once you know the basic ingredients, but always include one or two ingredients: black pepper and/or extra virgin coconut oil. These two ingredients aid in the bio-availability of the turmeric and helps with its absorption. Make some tonight.

Reaching us during our busy holiday season!!!!

Andrew works full time as a retail manager for Sur La Table North Hills in Raleigh, NC. It is easiest to reach him via email since he can respond at any time of day or night as time allows and set up a time to actually speak to folks directly. It is our dream to raise enough money in the future to have a paid member of the team to actually hold office hours. Until then, we keep on keeping on, “paying it forward” once cancer victim at a time. Thanks for your support and understanding. We look forward to hearing from you.

Our email is themamaednaproject@gmail.com.
