I need to take a moment away from my birthday celebration to celebrate the life of our clients of The Mama Edna Project Andrew Desjardins. Last night at 7 p.m., Andrew earned his wings and is now lifted from his place of pain and suffering he experienced throughout his cancer struggle. He was a real trooper and a fighter against his failing body. But his spirit is now lifted up into a place of light. He left this world surrounded by love. He is truly in a better place. Rest in peace Andrew.
